The Arrma Kraton 6S is a 1/8 scale monster truck. It is also four-wheel drive RC truck that can be powered by either two 2S LiPo batteries or two 3S LiPo batteries.
Just like the larger 8S model, the 6S Kraton requires two LiPo batteries to operate.
The Kraton 6S weighs in at 10.67 pounds (4.85 kilograms.) This 6s Kraton does not sit quite as high at 7.68 inches (195 millimeters), and the front and rear track is 18.15 inches (461 millimeters.) The wheel base on the 6S Kraton is also a bit shorter at is 14.84 inches (377 millimeters.)
As you can see, the 6S Kraton is smaller than the 8S model. However, it is still 1/8 the size as a real monster truck, and I think 1/8 scale RC trucks are still quite large vehicles.
The 6S model isn’t as expensive as the 8S model, but costa bit more than the 4S version.
What Scale Is the Arrma Kraton 4S?
The smallest Arrma Kraton is a 1/0 scale 4S monster truck. Like the other two models, it is a four-wheel drive RC truck that can be powered by either one 4S LiPo battery or one 3S LiPo battery.
Requiring only one LiPo battery is a major plus and makes this a great choice for people who don’t own an RC truck yet.
The 4S Kraton weighs in at 9.26 pounds (4.2 kilograms.) This 4s Kraton sits 8.11 inches (206 millimeters) which is slightly higher than the 6S model. I think the rear wing design on the 4S Kraton is why it has a higher profile.
the front and rear track is 17.72 inches (450 millimeters.) The wheel base on the 4S Arrma Kraton is also a bit shorter at is 13.98 inches (355 millimeters.)
The 4S Kraton is the smallest model in the Kraton lineup. But, 1/10 scale trucks are very popular models and you will be surprised when you unbox the vehicle. It will look and feel like a very large still. After all, it still is 1/10 the size of a real life truck.
